Vibepax sends outreach sequences from your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox. Every follow-up goes out in the same thread, inside the daily limit you set, and the sequence ends the moment a person answers.

What Vibepax is
Vibepax is a B2B cold email tool that sends outreach sequences from the mailbox you already own: a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox on your own domain. It sends a first mail and up to five follow-ups in one thread to business recipients in the United States, and stops for each person when they reply, bounce, or unsubscribe.
How a sequence runs
Four stages, in this order. Nothing is sent before you approve every step.
Import a list
Upload a CSV, including one exported from Apollo. Columns are matched to fields automatically, and you can correct the match.
Verify every address
Each address is checked for syntax, mail server records, free-mail and role accounts, duplicates, your suppression list, and the recipient's country.
Write and approve each step
Draft with AI from a description of your offer, or write it yourself. A linter checks links, length, and merge fields. You approve every step separately.
Schedule inside limits
Every mailbox has a daily limit and a ramp for new mailboxes. Mail goes out during business hours in the recipient's time zone.
What stops a sequence
Vibepax notices replies, automatic replies, and bounces from the message headers in your mailbox, without reading what the message says. The other signals come from the unsubscribe page, the mailbox connection, and the send itself.

What Vibepax can see in your mailbox
Signing in and connecting a mailbox are separate steps. Connecting asks for the smallest set of permissions that can send mail and notice a reply.

- Permission to delete or move mail
Reading message text is a separate permission that you can grant later for features that need it. It is never requested during setup.
What Vibepax does not do
Some common features of outreach tools put your domain at risk. They are left out on purpose.
- Warmup networks
- Pools of mailboxes that exchange staged replies go against mailbox providers' policies.
- A shared sending domain
- Mail leaves from your own address and domain, never from one shared with other customers. Only unsubscribe and tracking links use a Vibepax link domain.
- Open tracking
- No tracking pixel is added to your mail. Click tracking is optional and off by default.
- Spintax
- Mail is not shuffled into random variants to get past filters.
- A contact database for sale
- Vibepax does not sell contact data and does not collect it from LinkedIn.
- Personal mailboxes
- Addresses at gmail.com or outlook.com cannot be connected as senders.

Sign in with your work account, then connect a mailbox on your provider's consent screen. Your organization's administrator may need to approve Vibepax first.
