Privacy policy
This draft describes what personal data Vibepax processes and why. The final policy will add the identity of the controller, the legal bases, retention periods, and how to exercise your rights.

Account data
When you sign in, Vibepax receives your name, email address, and an identifier from your identity provider or from Firebase Authentication. It is used to create your account and to sign you in. If you sign in with a password, the password is held by Firebase Authentication, not by Vibepax.
Mailbox data
When you connect a mailbox, Vibepax stores encrypted authorization tokens and reads message headers to detect replies and bounces. It does not store the text of mail you receive.
Contacts you import
You decide which contacts to import. Vibepax processes them on your behalf to verify addresses and send your sequences. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them.
If you received an email
If a Vibepax customer wrote to you, that customer is responsible for the data they hold about you. You can stop further mail with the unsubscribe link in any message.
Cookies
Vibepax sets a session cookie when you sign in, and cookies that remember your language and theme. It sets no advertising cookies.
Service providers
The list of providers that process data for Vibepax will be published with the final policy.
